right. ohkay. my best friend is dying. but in some way i knew it was going to happen. through my poems :S yu may b like urgh heres a fuking fake goodbye but please im not joking! HELP ME! :'(
ohkay, i wrote this poem a hari before my frend started akting weirdly and another a hari before she found out she had pancreas cancer.
poem number one:
Closest of strangers,
Time takes it's toll
Keep close to your loved one before they can fall.
No lebih of the laughter
Only the clock ticks away
Ever so slowly the thread shall fray
Ever so slowly.
Ever so slowly.
Ever so slowly their smile fades away.
poem number two:
Nearer and nearer death comes along
Through the path where it doesn't belong
Don't waste your time
Keep close and shine
Be there until their Smile is long gone.
:( im not faking, PLEASE tell me what is happening to me. :( i gtg Livane's waking up.

How are the winners determined from the losers? Easy. Whoever gave in first.
And if no one gives in?
Giving in is often easier. But not the desirable choice.
Taylor tapped the glass coated floor. The tiny black droplet that bloomed on her forefinger fell with a soft plink on a segi tiga, segitiga of glass below.
Taylor cautiously lifted the shard to the light. There it was. A small stain, barely the size of a pinhead, darkening the glass.
That's all I am. Just a flaw on an otherwise clear surface.
Just a flaw. A mistake that was never meant to be.
"I'm leaving," Taylor muttered to herself, getting back to her feet. She strode towards the corner, vanishing just as soon as the shadow fell over to embrace her slight form.
She closed her eyes and felt the end of her plait, fumbling with it until wove free.
She knew where she was going, if only this once.
But when she got there? She hadn't thought that far.

There’s the shadow of a plane
The sound of an engine,
Flying in the rain.
Please, take me away.
Raise my hands to
Touch the sky.
Wish I could fly to the moon,
Maybe tonight.
Feet glued to the street,
I just have to
Reach.
Hey,
Hey, I just heard a plane
Fly over my place
Please, say that magic word
And take me far away?
This is just a short poem, inspired oleh Erin McCarley's song, "Bobble Head". I find working from songs a good way to cure my writer's block. It gives me a little push in the right direction. So if you're having trouble, try that :)
