Here Here! What I find annoying is, I'm in 6th form now so we have a common room, I read my Vampire Chronicles quietly, people come up to me and say 'What anda reading?' I'd say 'The Vampire chronicles :)', they'd reply 'Oh, another vampire book' and wander off. But if someone is membaca Twilight its all ' OMG! TWLIGHT ISN'T IT AMAZING, I cinta IT WHEN ...blah blah blah'. Oh, and the other thing they say when I tell them I'm membaca the VC is 'Oh, how come since Twilight, everyone is membaca vampires, its such a stupid fetish' (wanders off), I've been membaca the VC for years now! And its real literature! As in, metaphors for lebih than just a sparkly vampire beauty. Researched books, with deep subcontext, and developing and complex characters. Sorry twilight fans, I don't mean to insult the books, they're just not anything special. Oh, and so sorry MadamOcta13, didn't mean to rant like this on your answer.
