Duncan's POV: I opened my eyes slowly to hear the theme song of family guy playing. I smiled a little. I slung my legs over the side of my tempat tidur and rubbed my face. I changed the channel to the news.
The reporter said, "Well, this bulan there's cinta in the air! A lawyer, and a great one at that, is getting married to a Doctor we all know and cinta Justin Monroe. We spotted his lovely soon to be bride shopping for a wedding dress in LA. Her is the footage we captured."
The screen changed to tampil the video. At first it just showed her back, then when the camera got closer she turned. I stared in shock for a moment. It was Courtney. I jumped up. I loved her, I had to go tell her. I started to get dressed.
Courtney's POV: Finally the hari was almost here. Soon I was going to be Mrs.Monroe. I sighed at the thought. I tripped over a small box. "Ow!" I shouted. I opened the box to see millions of pictures. Pictures of me and Duncan. I looked through the pictures to see one of us kissing. I started to cry. I felt warm, soft tears slid down my moist cheeks.
I just closed my eyes and only think of Justin. I couldn't. I only thought of Duncan. I started to cry even harder.
I heard my phone ring. I tried my best to sound normal. "Hello?" I berkata my voice cracking. "Um, hi is this Courtney Daniels?" "Yes." I replied. "Courtney! It's me! Duncan!" I jumped up. "Duncan? How did anda get this number?" I said. My voice a little too peppy." I looked in the phone book at where the lawyers numbers were." I rolled my eyes.
"Courtney, I um, heard you're getting married." My jantung sank. I forgot all about Justin. "Oh, uh, yeah I am." I berkata sadly. There was a long pause. "Duncan I thought anda forgot about me." "I never did. Courtney I still cinta you." My jantung skipped a beat. I still loved him too. I thought about Justin and how he broke my heart. My body filled with anger. "Well I hate you!" I hung up and continued to cry.
