(( Bentley P.O.V ))
Two months………, two months we’ve been trapped in this death game…. We had barely made a dent into reaching the one hundredth floor. The floor to freedom, I felt lost and tired but wasn’t in my right mind to give up. I walked through the streets in my black combat boots, black jeans, my black fingerless gloves, and fighting vest with swords crossing on the front. I walked past the buah-buahan stands and opened my option daftar looking to see how much money I had, I clicked on an amount and a bag of money appeared in my hand as I walked over to purchase a bag of apples. I placed the bag down on the ledge of the gerobak, keranjang and grabbed a bag opening my option daftar and putting it in my inventory, it was strange somehow I was starting to get used to this, waking up every morning in a video game, getting changed with one press of a button and spending my hari collecting money and raising my level while beating floor bosses. I turned around but bumped into someone making their things clatter to the floor, I stepped back and kneeled down grabbing the persons things , I apologized standing up handing the person their things and looked up and my eyes widened as I gazed into her grey eyes.

He walked down the jalan, street “ so we have apples, we have bread, we have chicken what else do we need? “ he spoke out, “ uhm duh we need pickles! “ Artemis exclaimed walking selanjutnya to him. Lucas sighed deeply “ of course….. how could I forget…..” he rolled his eyes smirking. She hit his arm playfully “ im serious! “ she smiled looping her arm through his leaning her head into him as they continued walking. “ Im serious Rowan even in this hell hole id wouldn’t rather spend it with anyone but with anda “ Aisling berkata smiling booping his nose and sighed looking around the stone street, her eyes fixed on the pair suddenly standing oleh the apel, apple cart. “ Silver!! “ she yelled happily “ Rowan look its Silver and Bent!! “ she berkata tugging at him pulling him along with her through the crowd of people. Aryess perked up and turned around gasping when Aisling hugged her tightly and she smiled hugging her back, Aisling pulled back smiling at her “ so anda got yourself into this game too? “. Aryess sighed deeply and nodded her head, and looked back at Bentley seeing his face with a surprised expression staring at her, she turned back to Aisling “ ill catch up with anda soon alright…? “ she muttered, Aisling nodded walking away with Rowan. She turned back to Bentley looking at him and sighed looking away running away down a slim alley way.

“ Aryess im sorry alright! Please I had to do this “ he muttered grabbing her arm stopping her in her tracks, she let out a shaken breath tearing up and turned around with half sadness and fury in her eyes, “ I thought anda cared! I thought that our relationship was important to you! “ she let out a gasp from crying looking away muttering out sadly “ I thought I was important to you…..” , Bentley stared at her wide eyed in surprise from her yelling at him and his eyes softened, he looked down to the side “ im sorry….” He breathed out. She looked down as tears streamed down her face and she kept a hand over her heart. She gasped out crying trying to hold back her tears “ i thought anda trusted me…. I thought anda were actually starting to let me do things on my own…… but I guess I was just lying to myself! “ she cried out as tears continued to stream down her face. He swallowed hard and spoke out looking at her “ anda never do the same for me Aryess…you cant just choose between me atau your brother…… “, “ neither can anda with me and your dad!!! “ she yelled out looking up at him with her grey eyes that sparkled with tears but still showed fury. ‘ Aryess anda know I chose yo- “ he was interrupted “ really!? It doesn’t feel like it Bentley! Does anda going to visit your dad every hari and leaving me alone at the apartment most days seem like you’ve chosen me!? Does it!? “ she yelled. Bentley looked down to the side sadly “ Silver he needs me….” He breathed out, “ and anda don’t think I need you!? “ she cried out. “ I-I never berkata that- “ , “ then what are anda saying! “ she yelled. Bentley breathed into every word she said, “ Aryess i-its hard to expl – “, She breathed heavily looking down “ Bentley if anda cant tell me then… just…… just leave me alone…… “ she muttered out turning around to walk away but was surprised when she felt his grip tighten on her arm pulling her to him, he let out a shaken breath leaning in, closing his eyes slowly and kissed her gently on the lips. She let out a gasp of surprise and from breathing in closing her eyes slowly leaning into the kiss, he ran a hand down her cheek as she ran her fingers through his black hair. He pulled back leaning his forehead on hers gazing into her eyes “ I cinta you….. I never wanted to do this to you…..i never wanted this to happen……just trust me……I know what im doing…” he breathed out , Aryess stared up at him breathing heavily and leaned up ciuman him again and pulled back slightly, “ anda scared me…… anda fricken scared me darn you….. “ she muttered out breathlessly hugging him tightly. He wrapped his arms around her running his fingers through her hair “ im sorry…….” He breathed out “ im sorry…….” He muttered out once more. Even in a video game her embrace once again made him feel the safeness and warmth he so missed in the real world.
