She skimmed her finger across a ballet and took it out into her hands and walked back to the microphone and opened it, she cleared her throat " Aryess Weston " she said, Silvers eyes went wide and everyone around her gave her a look as if this was the last time they were going to see her, she slowly stepped out into the middle and looked back to her brother who had a shocked expression on his face and guilt in his eyes. But what was he able to do the capital guards would just grab him and he couldnt volunteer, the last thing Daemian wanted to do was sit there but he couldnt do anything else but that, guards grabbed her arms and brought her up to the stage, she shakingly stepped up onto the stage as the announcer took her over, " now for the boys " the announcer berkata walking over to the boys jar and picked out an envelope and walked back over opening it carefully " Bentley Thompson " she said, Silver loooked over into the boys section and saw all these people around Bentley staring at him who looked around shocked, Silver knew him.......he was the boy that worked at the bakery, a guard grabbed Bentleys arm tugging him out into the middle and took him up to the stage and he stepped up and the announcer led him over, " alright shake hands " she berkata cheerfully, Bentley and Silver turned to eachother, Bentley looked at her up and down and stuck out his hand and Silver took his hand shaking it, she remembered him but did he remember her?.

( flashback)

((Silver sat there in the pouring rain leaning against a pohon gripping her stomach that growled, she was about to black out from starvation she didnt have the energy to walk home, she smelled the warm roti in the bakery when suddenly the smell of burned roti filled her nose, suddenly the bakery door opened and the baker pushed Bentley out with the three pieces of burnt roti rolls, " how could anda burn the roti your worthless!! " the baker shouted hitting Bentley across the head, " feed it to the pigs..." he growled walking back inside. Bentley walked over to the edge of the porch being sheltered from the rain and ripped a piece of roti in half and threw it in the pigs pen, he looked over seeing Silver under the pohon and turned back to see if his father was there and immeadiatley tossed the roti into the rain onto the ground and ran back inside, Silver looked at the roti and went over and picked it up taking a bite and walked back home. ))

" give a hand to this years tributes representing district 11 " again in this district noone clapped, " and happy hero games..... and may the odds be ever in your favour....." she berkata cheerfully grabbing Bentley and Silver bringing them inside the district justice building.


Silver dug her nails into the wooden window sill looking down and heard the door open " anda have 3 minutes...." a guard said, she turned around to see her brother and ran to him hugging him tightly, " im okay....im okay....." Silver muttered, " no your not......." Daemian muttered, they pulled back from the hug, " listen to me.... anda may be small but your stronger then them..... your faster then them.... anda can survive anda know how to in the forest it doesnt matter what terrain your in....use those skills and get yourself a dagger....you can use them...." he berkata to her holding onto her shoulders, " but what if were not in the forest....and what if they dont have any...." Silver muttered with fear, " if not anda make a spear anda hear me..... and hide high in the trees......dont give up...." he muttered, Silver shed a tear down her cheek and he wiped it away kneeling down to Silvers height looking up at her " your stronger then anda think....just promise not to give up without a fight......" he muttered as soon as a guard came in " times up..." the guard berkata grabbing Daemians shoulder, " promise me.." he berkata sturggling against the guard but the guard pulled him towards the door " i promise Daemian..." Silver berkata but the door slammed before he could answer.
