Her heels clicked loudly on the floor. All eyes turned to her as she walked in and she waved one of her minions over.
“How far away are we?”
“We await the last arrival and all will be finished. My lady.”
“Good. Start it up. She'll be here within the jam and I want them here when she is. I don't care what anda must do to break them, just keep them alive and get them in here.”
“As requested.”

“You going to tell me what this does? atau what the heck it is you're doing?”
“Shut up. You'll find out soon.”
Lizzie sighed.
“What about Terror?”
“He's fine. The bleeding has stopped and he's stablizied. Don't worry about him.”
“Why am I hooked up to this machine of yours?”
“Shut up! You'll find out!”
She sighed again.
“Okay. anda might feel a slight pinch in your head, but anda shouldn't feel anything else.”
“Are anda qualified to be IN the Batcave? And why won't anda explain anything?”
“Why won't anda shut up?!”
She rolled her eyes.
“Good one.”
“Sarcasm won't help you!”
She glared at him and waited silently. She watched him flip a few switches before a high pitched squeal came out. She covered her ears and waited.
“Kay. It's done.”
The sound stopped and he came over to get the wires off her.
“Ow. Didn't anda hear that?!”
“Hear what?”
“A high pitched sound. It was clear as day!”
He gave her a funny look.
“Okaayyy.”
She raised her eyebrows.
“So Red, what did that do and why did anda do that?”
“It's meant to scan brainwaves for anything...out of function.”
“Great. anda think I'm crazy. I'm not. But anda are.”
“Yeah. Cause I'm the one hearing things.”
“The voices in my head are telling me to kill you...and I just might.”
He walked away from her and she followed, much to Sam's annoyance. She looked around as she followed, amazed at all of the things she was seeing.
“Wow. I've heard stories about this place, but mom never berkata it was this cool.”
She bumped into Sam, who was glaring at her.
“Who's your mother?'
“You wouldn't know her. She's too cool.”
“Try me.”
“Fine. My mom is Becca Stevens.”
