Soldiers were slowly picked out one oleh one, as the explosion drew closer and closer. "We're not going to make it!" cried a solider who was close behind Derek. "Yes we are! So shut up!" Derek yelled as he leaped over cars and debris. The roar grew louder and a blast sent the soldiers flying into buildings and scattered along the streets. Soldiers screamed as the blast covered them burning their skin. Derek attempted to stand up only to be knocked back down unconscious.
"Adams? Adams! Status Report." Derek opened his eyes slowly and sat up,
"Adams! Are anda there? Report!" he looked down at his radio and responded, "Adams here, what is it General?" Derek slowly got up and walked down the jalan, street as dust and smoke arose from the sebelumnya explosion. "Status laporan Soldier." The radio blared and static filled the speaker, "High count of casualties, I think I'm the only one left." the radio remained silent for a moment until the General responded, "Alright, get back to the aman, brankas zone and we'll pick up there." Derek coughed and started back walking, "Copy that." he scanned the area looking for any signs of life, but only death and sorrow filled the spaces of empty streets. Derek make a sharp turn, when he heard the sound of a helicopter, his eyes blurred and dizziness overwhelmed him. Gotta keep moving.... Derek slowly made his way towards the arrival of the helicopter, attempting to pull out the piece of shrapnel in his side. Derek jerked out the piece of metal in his side, blood soaked through his uniform as he slowly made his way through the rubble. "Adams! 'Bout time anda showed up!" The General shouted over the roar of the helicopter. Derek gave him a weak smile as the General extended his hand. Derek reached out but collapsed to the ground injured, barely missing the General's hand.

Scott sat on the couch, scribbling on a piece of paper across from Danny
"Dude. anda going to bed? It's like three o'clock in the morning." Danny got and walked to his room,
"Yeah. In a minute." Scott got up, setting the paper aside and flipped off the light. He sighed and walked into his room, pulling off his shirt. Scott fell face first on the bed, sprawled across and smothering his face in the pillows. He curled up under the covers and grabbed the black stuffed cat that was sitting on his night stand. He petted the animal and cuddled against it. "I miss you." He cuddled up against it, ciuman its head. Scotty smiled, "It does really look just like anda Cat." he pulled the stuffed animal closer and fell asleep.
It's short, BUT SO CUTE!!!
