All three are main characters but the story is about Yuki and Kaname so in Vampire Knight Guilty and the first series is about Yuki so Yuki starts out as the main character then ends up sharing the spotlight with Kaname later.

The first season of the anime featured a lot of Zero though, then Kaname came lebih into prominence later. And they swap around like that throughout the komik jepang too. I'd say those 2 were equal, with Yuuki slightly lebih main than her two cinta interests.
