Where do the characters names come from?

So, I was doing some research on some of the character origin name. The first one was Rose Hathaway, and well...when I read this I just gaped. Hathaway was supposedly Shakespeare's wife lastname, Anne Hathaway. Which brings me back to thinking about Shadow-Kissed Anna. And also these two sonnets Shakespeare wrote abt/to her:

It so much looks like something Dimitri would write to Rose, don't anda guys think?
It just seems to tampil what's abt to happen. Like Rose saved him because of their love.

Well, I'll leave it at that. So just wanted to discuss lebih abt names. I've got way lebih things I found on my researchs I think makes sense. Like smt abt Dimitri's father.
I know...I'm a sucker for investigation...but as the buku don't come out anddd as I can't stop thinking abount what going to happen I just have to wonder around hypothesis.
