people are making all sorts of outrageous claims and assumptions... i don't see any foreshadowing but what that other person might have been talking about is when lissa asks rose what shes going to do about having nothing to wear and rose responds with 'improvise, like always. i don't really care anyway. i'm just glad kirova's letting me go.' its farfetched but they probably thought it was foreshadowing rose leaving at the end of shadow kiss.
