personally, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. But, anda shouldn't name your daughter something just because of twilight. Name her what anda want. What anda truly think is something special. I personally don't like the name reneesme as do other people, but it's your decision. Name your daughter what anda want. Not what others want, and not because of Twilight. :)

Well, honestly, if anda like the name, what does it matter what anyone else thinks? If anda want to name your kid that, why should our opinion matter?

i like the name and its different but it realy dont matter what everybody else think its ur child not theirs.

It's your own decision. I just think anda might regret it later and maybe your daughter wouldn't like to be named after a character from a book when she gets older. Maybe your daughter will think Twilight sucks, who knows? I would go look at my family pohon and find a perfect name. Naming your daughter Renesmee may give anda some false expectations and give your daughter an identity before she gets to make one herself.

But it's your choice and if anda like Rensesmee, then I don't see the problem.

it's a great idea!my mum let me change my name to rosealie since my last name is hail. it was a b-day present since she knew i am obssed with the twilight books. and u shouldn't care what everyone thinks.

well personally i like the name and i think its a cool idea if thats what u want but a better idea might be to make that her middle name because if thats her first name and she doesnt like the buku atau doesnt want that pressure atau somethiing like that she wont have to go through that

She'd be your daughter and Renesmee does sound like a beautiful name, so why not?
I'd just say no if anda weren't single (I'm sorry but I wouldn't know any guy who'd want to name his kid after a character in the Twilight series--intentionally)

Plus, I was thinking of at least giving one of my children the name Renesmee as a middle name, so I will definitely say it's a good idea.

I think it is beautiful name but if I had a daughter I would've named her Esme. But there both beautiful.

i personally think that if anda wont to name your kid renesmee anda should just name her that. but than it wont be personal and she might not like it atau the twilight books. but if i was anda i would prob do the same thing as bella and merge the two names of both the childs grandmothers so that its meaningfull and still twilighty (even though i know alot of people did it before twilight came along.)

Uhmmm,yes...until anda have a baby I am sure that anda have forgotten Twilight..Also your husband must agree with the desicion...Personally I don't like the name "Renesmee",it is too weird...But here in Greece,it is used to give your baby the name of his grandpa atau grandma!So in any case I could name my baby Renesmee...I would like to name if it is a girl Andromache/Sara and if a boy Nikos...

Honestly, if anda want to name your kid after a character off of a bestselling series of film and books....your entitled to that! anda should do what anda think is best and if anyone has a problem with that, it's just their stupid opinions. anda should just do what anda want and forget about what people want anda to do!
