I studied art for many years. This is very good, but a little cartoonish. Try to avoid the heavy lines on the outside, add lebih shading to smooth it and make it lebih real. When anda do hair, do it in layers, make each stroke count. Use a putty eraser to add highlights. There are a lot of tutorial video on youtube to walk anda through on how to make even lebih real photos. It really does look good though!! Keep drawing and you'll only get better :) Ps. Ill add one of my foto to kinda tampil what I mean about the lines...
