Who here has read the books, because judging oleh some people's jawaban and questions, it doesn't seem like some people have...

Amen sista! (sorry, I couldn't help it.) I have been thinking about this for a while now.

I read the buku in August 2008, just after the release of Breaking Dawn. I was only vaguely aware that there was even going to be a movie. I had a friend who was completely obsessed. She talked about it endlessly and I usually just tuned her out. Then I met another friend who liked it, and then a few more. And then when Breaking Dawn released, I went to one of those midnight parties with my friend because it sounded fun. I had a great time, someone even got proposed to, but I didn't really understand what the big deal was. So just a few days after that, I finally decided to give the buku a chance, and I've been hooked ever since. I read non-stop for almost five days, and once I finished them all, I went online to susu the internet for all the info I could get, which is when I really became aware of the movie. I know that when I read the books, the movie was right around the corner, but I was lucky because I still read before the movie craze began. It's tough for me to say why I'm a fan, but it's mostly just because I cinta these books, and I care about the characters and the story. They were the first buku that drew me in the way they did. They made me happy when times were tough. I just cinta these books. And yeah, the buku >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the movies. I do cinta the movies, even though I know they aren't exactly cinematic art, I cinta them. But the buku are still a million times better, and will always hold a special place in my heart.

me i read all 4 and saw the film of aLL THREE!!! and i cant wait 4 breaking dawn

I read the buku before I watched the movies. The books(and my Edward-obsessed bff) got me interested in the movies. But it was lebih the buku that made me watch the movies.So yea I read the books.

I read the buku and have them but that was a long tima yang lalu when I read them, when I was in the 7th grade, I'm going to be in high school in a few weeks.

of course i read the buku before and then watched the film and i have to say that yes the buku are better than film like always in my opinion anyway in this case(strange! generally isn't like this for me) i also cinta the film also because i really like the actors and actress who are akting this movies.Anyway my favourite character is Rosalie and one of my favourite actress(Nikki Reed) play this role in the film so... it's a perfect combination ;)

I read the buku right after I saw Twilight. I saw Twilight the hari it came out on DVD,so the hari after that. I finished it in a hari and a half then imediatly got the selanjutnya books. So,I read the series pretty fast and read them each like 20 times and counting

I read them a couple months after Breaking Dawn came out. I didn't even know they were going to become movies. I'd fallen in cinta with the books. I was already a Team Switzerland from the buku and the film won't change that.
Does it bother anyone else how people are team Edward in the buku then the movie makes them like Jacob more?

THANK YOU!!! I have been telling EVERYONE that... People are just so lazy. Theyd rather watch the movie, than sit down and read. Ugh. People are missing out on SO much when they skip the books.
