I was sitting in a wooden chair surrounded oleh strangers and my grandmother. The last thing I remember I was in my Alegebra class when I was called to the office. My grandmother was there with two other ladies. My grandmother berkata to get in the car and to not ask questions. I did what I was told and ended up here.
"Do anda think she has the power, Grace?" A short woman with dyed light blue hair looked to my grandmother for answers.
"I am postive," replied my grandmother. "She ahs been tampilkan signs since she was baby."
"Her mother failed to cut her powers off." A man selanjutnya to my grandmother shook his head in disgust. "You can not lock up a witch's power."
"Wait . . . what?" I was only listening to about half of the conversation but I distinctly head the word "witch".
"Hush, child," wanted my grandmother. "Betty, Alec, we will continue this conversation outside. Christoper and Jasmine, please watch over my grandchild while I am gone."
Christoper glared at me with pure hatred. He looked to be around my age, dark brown hair, and intense grey eyes. He seem to be staring through me.
"You do not belong here," growled Christoper. "The Elders are fools to think anda have any power at all. anda are not apart of us."
"Christoper!" melati stared at Christopher probably begging him to hush. "They might hear you."
"Let them," berkata Christopher. He stalked off into another room muttering to himself.
"Sorry about him," apoloized Jasmine. She had dirty blonde hair, dark blue eyes, and she appeared to be in her early 20's while I am 16. "He just can not stand having another witch to compete against for the crown."
"But I am not a witch." melati simply smiled and patted my shoulder.
"You have no clue about your true potential," berkata Jasmine. "Do anda realize what is happening? anda are being enrolled into our society."
"The society of freaks?" melati laughed at my comment. "I am not a witch." My temper was rising and I knew what would happen if I get to angry.
"Do not worry, soon anda will be happy to gabung us."
I felt it. My normal black hair changed from black to a dark shade of red.
"See!" melati was jumping around while my grandmother, Betty, and Alec came from outside. "She has the power and the gift! She is one of us!" My grandmother tried to smile but it came out as frown.
******************************
I was kept in a small, all white room with a televison, bed, and a mini fridge. It has been two whole days and no one has came to explain anything to me.
My best friend, Holly, was probably freaking out.
There was a soft knock. My grandmother came through the door. She wobbled over to me and sat on the tempat tidur selanjutnya to me.
"You are most likely wondering why anda are here." She looked at my now black hair. I nodded my head in agreement. "Well, this will be much easier to explain if anda try not to interrupt me."
"I just want ot know what is going on." I rested my head in my hands. If only my mother was alive to get me away from my grandmother's instane friends.
"You are a witch and so is your mother and so am I. The Casper girls have been known to possess magical powers. Your motehr was once the leader of all the witches in Utah but when she married your mortal father and had you, her outlook on life changed. She married a mortal man and had a half witch, half mortal daughter, that's you. She did not want the mortal to find out the truth about her but he did and he left both of you. Your mother raised anda to be a mortal but she trusted anda with me before she died. Now here we are."
"I am not a witch," i protested. Even as I berkata the words, I doubted them. If I was a witch, it would explain my changing hair color.
"Please do not utter those words," pleaded grandmother. "You are and anda must believe it because if anda do not then anda can not take over leadership. I will be forced to give the crown to Christopher."
"What is wrong with him? He obviously wants it lebih then I do." I lifted my head up tos ee my grandmother's green eyes filled with saddness. It had never occured to me that she has lost a daughter recently. She probably could not bare the thought of losing me because of this argument.
"Christopher is a fraud. He is not a true witch. He is faking but no one believes me. I fyou take the crown then I will not have to worry about Christopher.
"How is he a fraud?" I will admit that Christopher does act a little like a psychopath. "Besides, I do not want to take thepower. I do not want to be the leader of this mythical group."
"Abigail, please. I do not want anda to be unhappy but I also know what is best for you. What is best for anda is embracing your roots as a witch."
"I do not know what is best for me anymore." I turned my eyes away from my grandmother.
"Abigail, anda are a witch and I will prove it to you." My grandmother grabbed both of my hands in hers. All of a sudden, I could feel myself floating in the air. My hair was changing warna rapidly now and for some reasonI knew what my grandmother was telling is the truth.
"I know what I must do now, grandmother," I said.

The End
Ya tell me,
Don't dance, don't dance,
Just stay inside and never go out
And scold me
All hari long, all hari long
What makes anda think you're so damn awesome?
Don't ya know we have a life too, too?
We'd be sittin in watching TV
And I don't think anda want that either
So what the heck can we do?
We're not just mindless robots with nothing else to do
We don't have time for homework
We just wanna have fun, fun, fun
We have a life, no time for homework
We can go ahead and play flag football
But I'm not goin inside
Why do anda act like
There's nothin else better than
Doin homework all night long
I bet anda never liked that when anda were young
We've been playin outside
Now it's time to kick in and relax
No lebih time for homework, just sit back and do the things I cinta to do
Cuz I gotta enjoy my life when I'm young.
Don't dance, don't dance,
Just stay inside and never go out
And scold me
All hari long, all hari long

I've been written
The painful truth,
Just two days ago,
When I was...betrayed.
He walked away from me
He threw me down in the sand
Like I was some little doll
Of little importance.
It was a scary thought
To think,
Of all those years...
When he took me in
Now he threw me down and that's that
I'm not a paper doll
So I will not be thrown down again
Cuz I am not a puppet
No one will control me with strings
I am invincible
I am an individual
No one shall make me suffer
Though I must cry sometimes....
Don't ayunan me oleh my head
Don't make me lose my mind
I don't want to destroy you
But I will, if anda destroy me.

I walk into
The Fields of Sorrow
Once again.
Why do I walk there
Almost everyday?
I stroll along the grasses
Thinking
Bearing a horrible pain.
I think of the world around me
And how much they have inspired me.
I start to cry once again.
All my teachers
All my friends,
They have always stood oleh me,
When things went wrong.
I want a chance to repay them,
To tampil them that...
Their work was useful.
To tampil them that
I am truly thankful.
Why do I have to leave them then
Now?
No, now's not a good time.
But I know it was not intended
That I leave them now.
I want to tampil all those people
That they have been
The change of my life,
That they have made my life so much
Better,
That they were the flames
In the darkness.
The Fields of Sorrow
Once again.
Why do I walk there
Almost everyday?
