Does anyone ask before they take art from Deviantart?

I was just looking through the fan art and found a lot of stuff that are oleh artists on DA. I know anda guys are crediting "deviantart" but you're supposed to credit the artist, in other wards their user account. Also most artistes like anda to ask before anda take.

I don't mean to be rude atau offend anyone, but this actually makes a lot of deviants upset.(I'm one of them :])

And I'm not saying that all people who have diposting art from DA haven't asked the artistes atau haven't credited them.
