But I really don't know what to choose. I mean, in both scenes, it's obvious that they're both saying they're ready to settle down, as it were. But a part of me feels that if either of them had seen the other, it kinda would've been either been make or break for them? IRDK.

In previous seasons I'd have said neither, but I also want something permanent for them and I want it now!

I do think that it could have been ruined very easily, however we have some of the greatest writers in the world and if it was a moment where Tony was telling Rachel he was afarid of being alone & having nothing but his work and Ziva was kind of in the background and then maybe later mentioned that she would always be there for him, that he would never be alone. <3 Idk... I just think it would have been sweet.

i dunno, it's a bit difficult to choose. between the two i find ziva being the more fragile one when it come to emotions. she works blind with it. ziva seeing tony he's afraid of having nothing but work might scare her more. remember she still she herself as "work" too. that's why she was so keen on making that relationship with whatshisface work bcos he is outside "work" per se. but tony seeing ziva wanting something permanent especially to a complete stranger i feel would somehow spur tony on doing things he has always been afraid of. make him think that maybe, just maybe he may have something far more precious in his life than just "work". did i make sense at all? *sheesh* ;D

It kind of feels weird to change the scene, which sort of made me want to say "neither".
But i agree with Jax that maybe if Tony saw how much Ziva wanted something permanent he might have been spurred on to make a move.
