is it possible to induce dreams and if yes whats the best tecnique

I've read that anda can if anda can manage to concentrat, meditation, become in tune with stuff, and such.

I've tried it, but I have yet to be successful.

I usually dream about what I'm worrying about. Nver anything good :( Bugs eating my clothes, stupid boys, forgetting my shoes when I go out, ...
