it was a guy named noah and he's vampire and he was at the dance with anna only for alittle while then stefan and then staked him.

It was Noah he worked for Anna but he didn't listen to her when she berkata that he should stay away from Elena. In the end Stefan kill him.
because he was a danger for Elena, cuz he was invited in. he dressed himself like a pizza delivery guy so they could invite him in there house.
