I guessed it fast. Plus in the previously on, it showed Katherine so I knew she would be in the episode.

In the stills for the episode I thought it looked like Katherine. But when Damon mentioned that he had talked to Katherine and that Elena was going to have nothing to do with the plan, I knew.

The stills from the episode kinda led me to think that but through the episode I only found out when she was daggered.
My face went from horror (it was just a second) to "what?!" to "KATHERINE!!!"

At some point I was like she looks more like Katherine than Elena, then i shrugged it off. But when Mikeal stabbed her I was 99.9% sure it was Katherine.... Or Elena who'll drink Vamp blood as soon as they kill Klaus
