It's not very difficult, You're just kind of writing a 'story' just not a normal story. Everyone is allowed to write three words. When you eventually have enough words/sentences, you'll get a story, and usually it becomes something funny.

Examples:

person 1: Me and my
Person 2: awesome dog were
person 3: walking through the
person 4: forest when he
person 5: suddenly started to
person 6: talk and it (it can be something completely random, use your imagination ! )
