(Gwen's P.O.V.)
"DUNCAN!!!!" I screamed. I tackled the nearest person (which happened to be Bridgette). "Why?!?!" I screamed. "Why would anda do such a thing!! I thought anda wouldn't hurt a fly!!"
"I'd hurt a person who's trying to kill us!!" Bridgette shouted back.
I came up with the best come back I could. "I'm not trying to kill you." Her face went from enraged to horrified. I jumped in the lake. Duncan was gasping for air and drowning. "HELP!!" He gulped. "CAN'T, CAN'T SWIM!! TOO *gulp* TOO DEEP!!" then his head went under.
"DUNCAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed at the puncak, atas of my lungs. The scream pierced the air, and everyone covered their ears. I swam out to where I saw him go under. THANK GOD I CAN OPEN MY EYES UNDER WATER!!! I silently thanked God as I went under. The water was surprisingly clear for a run down island camp like this. I searched around for Duncan frantically. Then, I saw him, just barely kicking his legs to get back up above to get air. I screamed his name. He looked up and saw me. He winked, closed his eyes, and hit the bottom of the lake. I began to bawl and scream. I went back to the surface for lebih air. "YOU FUCKING SON OF A menggerutu, jalang HEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GOING TO KICK YOUR FUCKING pantat, keledai WHEN I GET OVER THERE, anda HEAR ME, FAG?!!?!?!" I screamed my head off at Heather. Heather just sat there grinning.

What Heather is thinking: I just saved the entire island from a phycho, and Gwen is saying she's gonna kill me for it? Wow. Well, I saved an entire island of people. And myself, most importantly.

I merpati back under and grabbed Duncan's hand. It was so hard to see him with my tears blurring my vision. I swam back up, carrying his body with me. I dragged him to shore.
The campers who didn't come along to drown Duncan stood horrified at the edge of the woods. Sadie and Katie screamed, "DUNCAN!!" Like they hadn't been afraid of him before. But they had. Courtney started to bawl just as hard as me, Owen passed out, and DJ stood horrified and speechless, his eyes wide open, same with is mouth.
"LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!" I screamed at the crowd of people, pitchforks, and torches. I jumped up, punched all of the girls, and slapped all of the guys, including Trent. "B-but Gwen..." Trent stammered after I slapped him. "NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN anda SON OF A BITCH!!" I screamed in his face. I ran back to Duncan's body. Bridgette shouted, "She's right! We're just all bitches!!" and she began to cry. She ran over to Duncan and I. Courtney came too. Katie and Sadie. Izzy. DJ. Owen (who woke up just detik ago). Lindsay.
"Duncan..." I whispered. "MOVE!" Bridgette shouted. She looked at me urgently. I knew what she was going to do. C.P.R. She IS a surfer chick. I stepped out of her way. She pushed on Duncan's chest and gave him mouth to mouth. Lucky. I thought. Bridgette repeated the steps over and over, but nothing happened.
"Guys..." Bridgette said, her voice trailing off. All of us, even the rioters, gathered around Duncan.
"I... I think he's..."
"Dead." Courtney, Lindsay, Heather and I berkata together.

Courtney and I began to bawl our heads off, Heather secretly smiled, Lindsay hugged Beth and cried, Katie and Sadie completely fainted, Owen farted with disapproval, Trent smiled along with Heather, and everyone else just cried. Then we all were hushed when we heard a helicopter above us. A medical helicopter.
"THANK anda SO MUCH CHRIS!! THANK YOU!! THANK anda THANK anda THANK anda THANK YOU!!!!!!!" I screamed to the sky. He sent a medical helicopter to save Duncan. Courtney joined in with me. Then Bridgette. Then Lindsay. Katie. Sadie. Eventually everyone but Heather and Trent was screaming thank anda to Chris. Medical people swung down on ladders. "Move out of the way, people!" One of them shouted. "Gladly! SAVE HIM!!" I shouted. I scooted away from Duncan, but when the medical dudes started doing... well, medical things to him, I have no clue what, I held his hand. I gripped it tight. Trent shouted, "Gwen get away! He might wake up and-"
"SHUT UP, BITCH. YOU'RE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING THIS." that shut him up. I glared back at Bridgette. "AND anda TOO." Bridgette blushed, embarrassed and guilty. Tears were streaming down her face.
I turned back to Duncan's unchanging face.
The medical dudes tried everything to make him wake up (if he was faking). They tickled him, they slapped him, they pulled out one of his hairs, they made jokes, but nothing worked. So, they tried shocking him back to life.
No good.
They stepped on him (which made me start to cry more).
That didn't work either.
"I... I'm sorry kids." a medical guy said. "He's not comin' to." Courtney screeched, "I'M CALLING MY LAWYERS AND HAVING THEM BRING ME A GUY JUST LIKE DUNCAN!!" and she stormed off bawling into the woods.
I turned back to the medical guy, eyes so blurry with tears I could barely see him. "Are anda sure...?!"
"Positive. I... I'm so sorry." He said. He put a hand on my shoulder. He looked up at the crowd of teens with burnt out torches and still-pointy pitchforks. "You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!" He shouted at them. "Killing this innocent teen. That's barbaric!! One simple out break with a chainsaw, and anda kill the guy! anda make me sick." He turned to me again. "Tell that girl with the brown hair and gray kemeja to call her lawyers and sue these, these..."
"Beasts." I spat in a finish. "Exactly." He replied. Then he tugged on the ladder that led up to the helicopter. He hung his head on the way up.
I glared at everyone in the crowd, including Bridgette. "MONSTERS." I spat. "MONSTERS. ALL OF YOU." and I sat down and cried.

No one could comfort me. Not even Courtney. Who ever tried to help I just screamed at, especially the people who threw Duncan in the lake. I couldn't stand them. I couldn't stand anyone. I kept repeating, "I cinta you, I cinta you, I loved you, I loved you, they're monsters, they're monsters, I hate them, I hate them, I hate them..."
Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I laid down selanjutnya to Duncan's lifeless body, and hugged it tight. I hugged him so tight. I held his hand. Just to think, moments ago, he was smiling at me, holding my hand, and it was warm, and he looked so, so... beautiful. Yeah, it's weird to say, but he looked so beautiful. In the moonlight.
I got up and screamed at everyone, "GET AWAY FROM HERE, BITCHES!!!!!!!!! I HATE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!!!" Everyone flinched and left.
When everyone was gone, I hugged Duncan so tight my arms started to hurt. "Duncan, I cinta you. It's true. I cinta you. So much. So, so so so so so much." Then finally, when I was about to leave his lifeless body, I kissed him on the lips one last time. This ciuman lasted as long as I had breath- about twenty seconds.
I bent down on my knees. I touched his face one last time, a tear falling on his face, then I got up and left.
But just as I was about to pass the first tree, I heard a cough. Then another. And another, and then a splutter, and then shaky breathing. "DUNCAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed. My voice hurt from screaming so much. "GWEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He screamed back. He jumped to his feet and hugged me extremely tight. I hugged him back twice as tight. I didn't care the pain. My Duncan was back. He was back. Alive. Happy. "Duncan, I cinta you, I cinta you, I cinta you, I cinta you, I cinta you, I-"
"OH SHUT UP AND ciuman ME, BEAUTY!!" Duncan shouted. He kissed me so sweetly, I felt like I was floating. He pulled away for one detik to say, "I cinta anda too." and he kissed me again.
"You're a beast." I berkata in between our breaths from kissing. "Thanks." Duncan replied, pulling me closer. "I cinta anda so much." I said, swooning. "I fell for you."
"I fell for anda when anda got to the island, Beauty." Duncan replied, laughing.
We held hands tightly, as if it was for clinging for dear life, and we walked along the beach. We walked for a while in silence, until I finally asked:
"Hey, Duncan, what's it like to be dead?"
