do anda think its sad to be shy?click here...

i am not sad about being shy but it does have its holdbacks. i hate speaking with authority figures for instance.

I kind-of think its sad because i cant say what i want to say sometimes it makes me angry and sad

If anda ask me hell yeah it is DEPRESSING!!!!!!!!Well,I am born with social anxiety disorder and I started getting an idea about my problem at my 16 and I had sessions with a counselor just a few months ago.To be specific until now I had no life and self esteem because of it.So if anda have the slightest suspicion that your introversion is higher than normal LOOK INTO IT!I did and I never regreted.However If being shy is within some limits and it doesnt prevent anda to live a normal life maybe that means that anda are a little lebih introvert.If being shy is a problem in your life DO NOT hesitate to talk to a counselor atau to people who cinta anda and anda trust!!!!!!!!!!!
