Neither. Margaret is a bitch and had him friend zoned until that episode where she admitted she had feelings for him but then got accepted into her dream college and left him. Then when mordecai was finally all settled down and dating CJ she decided to then get into their relationship and interfere in it. CJ is kinda cool though and i kinda like her better than Margaret but CJ is way too possessive and clingy. She tried to kill Margaret just because she had feelings for her boyfriend causing Margaret to lie about already having a boyfriend. Then CJ thought it was perfectly ok to try to get to know Margaret better on a double date. But when CJ asked her if she still had feelings for mordecai and to be honest Margaret answered honestly and said yes and then CJ got all pissy at both of them. I'm not judging anyone's opinion or saying to believe me, this is just my honest opinion.

Neither, he doesn't deserve to be in a relationship...

And neither does CJ. Not for right now.

IRDK! I picked Margaret because Mordecai knows her more! The love drama bullsh*t is messing up Regular Show. They keep on, I'm never watching the show again! I might as well stick to Loonatics Unleashed!
