If you found it on the internet and posted it here, then it's not exactly yours. And how do you know that they didn't find it in the exact place that you did? If you don't own it, then it can't be 'stolen' from you.

Dear fanfly, I tell you all from the outset.
I found one interesting picture in Internet (on Flickr) and add it to Fanpop, because I know, that another fans want to see it too. I add it. After, I went to one forum and see this picture! It was added by one lolipop girl, who don't know nothing.
But, this is just random question? Lol.

I say again...if you found it on the internet, it doesn't belong to you. If it gets posted on Fanpop, other people are going to use it. What else is the point of posting things here? Except to share.

What fanfly said i wanted to lol.Anyways if it's a picture you made and some one else post it and doesn't write you at credits then yes you can go tell him hey that's mine i created it.But if you find it on google or any other site don't be surprised some one else posts it.

This happens everyday on the internet. You can't get mad at someone taking something that doesn't belong to you as well.
