I do both.
On the internet I write color and favorite without the U because there are more people from US on here. In real life and emails/MSN I write favourite and colour with a U because that is the correct way to write it here (Canada) and all of my friends are Canadian.
Yeah. It's confusing lol

I just write it in Canadian way. I'm Canadian and proud ;) People understand whatever way I write it.

I prefer to write it this way, but my teacher says it would always be counted against my grade if I did it. >.<

it's not really a preference thing, color is how it's spelled in the US and colour is how it's spelled in canada and probably other places too, lol....

I spell it like this.

wow you learn something new everyday i didn't know thats how they spelt it in canada and other placesbut i spell it color i'm from the us and thats how i was taught it was spelt but thats really cool
