Maybeeeee I would quietly approach them but I would pay attention of the surroundings and if they look like they want to be approached or not. I've always been annoyed by people who squeal or get up in celebrities faces, they're just people at the end of the day.

Yes cause they are human beings like use but I feel like a lot people forget that lol. I would say hello to them though at least but I wouldn't be all fangirl, besides I rarely go crazy.

There was this one time when I was in a McDonalds before a concert and I saw this dude wearing a shirt for the band I was seeing (at that time I was just getting into them but I liked them enough to see them live and they were opening for a band I liked a lot) and so I went up to him and was like, "I'm gonna be seeing them too." He kind of laughs and says that he's in the band. It was kinda neat lol.

If they were eating or doing something with their family I'd leave them alone but if it were somewhere else I'd walk up to them and ask for their autograph. I mean how many chances are there gonna be when i run into my fave celebrity?

Actually it depends if I like the celebrity or not. Also depends with what they did that time, I don't want to disturb and annoy them.
