Lorde has bad music, a horrible voice, and is a terrible person that trashes everyone like she's Regina George from Mean Girls or Madison Morgan from The Duff. I mean, she even trashed Taylor Swift for being gorgeous and says that just because she's beautiful that she sends the wrong message to young girls. GIVE ME A BREAK! Well, excuse Taylor for being blessed with her good looks. She's has NO TALENT and is hideous!

Completely what KataraLover said. Plus, she has the worst voice out of any female vocalist I've ever heard (and that's coming from someone who's listened to the likes of G. Hannelius, Paris Hilton, and Elizabeth Taylor try to "sing").

I don't mind her. I enjoy the minimalist style of some of her songs, it's refreshing. Also it makes me happy that Australasian artists (Lorde, Sia, Hilltop Hoods) are getting their names out there in the global music scene, when previously it was very American- and European-dominated. Yay for globalisation xD

I'm not really a fan of her music, because it isn't my cup of tea, but I'm glad that NZ is getting some recognition overseas, as ThePrincesTale said, being a fellow Australasian. XD

Seriously she sounds the same live as she does in her recordings.

Only the second pop concert I've ever been to, and I was too much of a frickin short-as to actually see anything more than the top of her hand every now and then, and I only knew two of her songs. But I see why people love gigs. It was pretty amazing to have 'Royals' sung to you by the woman in the flesh, just 50m in front of you.

^About the Australasian thing: At first it sounded like she was putting on a North American accent and I was like "NO, EMBRACE YOUR KIWI-NESS". Then she slipped into Kiwi and had a D&M with the audience and omg it was frickin adorable. She is so frickin adorable.
