The white hatchling followed, her tail drooping. “hatchlings these days!” Drippingice exclaimed. “impressed oleh the smallest things!” Flamingleap nodded in agreement. “they need to learn some manners.” Flamingleap walked away and picked up a hawk from the prey pile. He ripped off a wing and gulped it down. It was stale but would do. He finished it quickly with huge, hungry bites. He glanced at the rest of the prey pile. It was pitifully small.
