Is It Leagle For A Teacher To Fail anda Just Because He/She Dosn't Like You?

Alright, I'll Admit i'm not so smart, but, everytime i ask for help they say the same thing over and over, then when i ask for extra credit they say 'No, Just do your work' when every one else is getting all the extra credit in the world.

And No, I'm Not A Bad Kid, I'm A Every hari normale kid.

But The Teachers Are Hating Me Because Of Who My Mother Is, And My Brother.

I'v done NOTHING wrong, yet they still won't teach me.

i have a teacher who does that to me i have never done nothing to them and they hate me he is an actual prick he failed be becauce i was in a school play and he hates me. he sends me out like as soon as i walk in the room for no reason and then he is like what dont anda under stand when i dont get somthing and he walks away what a dick !but i wouldnt worry about it just tell like the head teacher but if they are a complete pantat, keledai like mine then just stuff the other teacher and drop the subject.

That's definately illegal. If they really don't like anda because of who your mum and brother is, they're discriminating against anda based on your family. That's illegal under the Discrimination Act which all teachers have to follow. Though that probably depends on where anda live.

I only really know about the laws in the UK but I would imagine the USA have a similar anti-discrimination act. That would make it illegal for teachers to treat anda differently based onincome/social class.
