Is TV Tropes a fan-guided site?

I found it strange, that they described in a Tv tampil a newly added character, which didn't tampil much about her character to have too much info, which isn't fully correct, it sounded like a hater the way it was written

Well, it isn't any different than Wikis. It works in a similar fashion. Judging oleh what can anda find inscribed in there, that is the case, pretty much. Anyone can ubah pages and add whatever it comes to their mind about a certain Character atau other topics. No need to take everything into account. Yeah I have seen a lot of bullshit that was written about certain characters on there.
