How do anda make icons?

I guess I'm lebih asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your icon with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key atau click Save when anda are done typing the name and anda are satisfied.
Note: If anda don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the mouse button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
