How it works is like this: Yes anda have to be active in the particular club that anda want to get a medal in, but not only that, people have to fan the stuff anda post on as well. Fanning is important if people don't fan, then there is no way you'll get a medal. It's all about popularity - the lebih fan anda get for your stuff, the better the chance anda will get at receiving a medal. Also the type of medal is distinguished oleh how many fan are on your stuff. When anda relieve it, well fanpop just randomly gives it to you, not any one in particular. I hope this helps you.
