Talk to a school counselor and maybe a therapist, if it is a real problem they can put anda on medication. Believe me, I know exactly what anda are going though and I know how to get out of it.
Well, it really all depends on the person. Different, specific things make one happy and diverts one's attention from depression. However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. anda control your mind. So, anda can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If anda find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps musik would best suit your need.

Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, anda don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are lebih powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause anda to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, anda may believe what anda want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell anda that anda can control your emotions. Now, just because anda don't own this skill, doesn't mean anda have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that anda feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
