Computer Help!

I got a new computer today. There is this bar on the puncak, atas screen, and it's really annoying! Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I don't know what that's called but what happens when anda click it? Like, what pops up? Because if there's an "options" button anda can click, then just cari around in there to see if anda can turn it off.

Or, if anda know what it's called, go to your programs in your default programs and then just uninstall it from there.

anda know I once did that only it was water boms and the thing went zap the BOOM BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha! It was FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! XD
