Before they could enter the entrance, they all fell into a hole dug oleh Team Rocket, who grabbed pikachu and made their getaway into the Ruins of Alph. Ash sent out Bulbasaur to pull them out of the hole with Vine Whip, first pulling Eve and Misty out and then Ash and Brock. Once they got out of the hole, they entered the Ruins of Alph in time to see Team Rocket gathering Dome Fossils and Helix Fossils in their sack. Stop! What do anda think you're doing!? Give those fossils back! berkata Eve anda should know we're bringing these fossils back to our boss. berkata Jessie Don't worry, Eve. We'll defend those fossils from them. Cyndaquil! Go! berkata Ash, sending out Cyndaquil until a whole wave of Kabuto poured in just in time Quick Wobbuffet! Use your Water Gun! replied Eve The Kabuto did exactly as Eve told them to and sent Team Rocket blasting off After, she ran up to them and hugged them, thanking them for stopping Team Rocket Later that afternoon as Brock, Ash, and Misty were parting ways with Eve, they got to see the Pokemon of the excavation crew, a Graveler, a Rhydon, a Sandslash, a Nidoking, a Steelix, a Marowak and a Donphan digging through the ground to get to the fossils.
