This artikel will explain why several pieces of info in the Pokedex cannot possibly be true atau are mistakes. They may not necessarily be lies but over exaggeration atau errors. Lets begin and take a look at some of the Pokedex entries that cannot be true:

1. In the Pokedex it states that Magcargo is as hot as 18,000 degrees Fahrenheit, this would make it even hotter than the outer sections of the sun. This obviously cannot be true atau the Earth would be destroyed especially since there are many wild Magcargo out there.

2. Regigigas was stated to pindah continents, I find this hard to believe for the simple fact that it struggled to stop an iceberg which from memory wasn't much bigger than a large building. He even had help from several Mamoswine and struggled greatly. Also, if he could pull continents, this would put him in the millions of tons of strength category which is even harder to believe since it has struggled with things such as sticky like substances in one of the episodes.

3. Gardevoir being able to make a black hole. This is nonsense, first of all it would need a great amount of gravity control to not get sucked in itself which it has not shown the ability of any gravity control yet and secondly it has not shown this rather powerful ability yet either. This ability would beat most if not all the legendary pokemon so It is unlikely that Gardevoir has such an ability.

4. Magikarp being able to splash over a mountain. I am not sure if i even need to explain my self on this one. Magikarp have not even demonstrated jumping over a pohon let a lone a mountain.

5. Machamp being able to meninju, pukulan 1000 times in a second. This has got to be one of the worst entries into the pokedex to date. Being able to do this would mean he has close to light speed atau even faster than light punching speed. Machamp has not demonstrated to meninju, pukulan 10 times in a detik so this is complete nonsense.

6. Hitmonchan able to meninju, pukulan faster than a bullet train. This entry is not as out there as Machamps but it is still pretty implausible. If I remember correctly, bullet trains have gone up to speeds of 361 mph, Hitmonchan has hardly demonstrated punching speeds that exceed a pro petinju let alone a bullet train.

7. Pidgeot moving mach 2. Pidgeot has not even demonstrated greater speed than a Bald Eagle so Mach 2 is completely impossible. Mach 2 would mean it is in the supersonic speed range which is not possible from the showings.

8. Tyranitar leveling mountains and turning up rivers. Legendary pokemon haven't even demostrated mountain destroying power but according to the Pokedex, Tyranitar can level mountains. I don't recall a Tyranitar even destroying a house so this in untrue.

9. Alakazam having IQ of 5000. A funny way to look at this would be that it has that much IQ and yet cannot learn lebih than 4 moves lol. Alakazam has not demonstrated that amount of crazy IQ, with that much intelligence it should be able to talk and should not need a trainer.

10. Arceus creating a Universe. Many of anda may not agree with me about this one being untrue but please hear me out first. Arceus is the supposed creator of the universe and yet it could not even stop a little meteor without being heavily damaged. Arceus was also tricked and almost killed oleh a bunch of humans and electric type pokemon. I find it hard to believe that someone who can't handle a meteor and a few people and pokemon created the universe. He was also berkata to have a thousand arms when in actuality he has none.

11. Bouffalant's headbutts having enough force to derail a train. It really varries but locomotives weight between 120 and 240 tones a piece. The rail cars can range from 30 tons (empty) to 140 tons (loaded). I severely doubt it has enough force and strength to even knock a car of the road if i'm being totally honest. A train weighs a hell of a lot and moves at quite a speed which I demonstrated with a bullet train above. Theres no way a pokemon like Bouffalant is even going to pindah a train let a lone derail it.

12. Gothitelle being able able to distort luar angkasa as a side affect of its psychic powers. Gothitelle can distort luar angkasa because of its powers and yet lebih powerful psychic pokemon can't? That doesn't make sense to me.

13. Gigalith can blow away a mountain. This is complete nonsense. No pokemon including legendaries have ever shown that amount of crazy strength atau power. Gigalith has never demonstrated this either so it simply is not true.

14. Lugia causing a 40 hari storm with a flap of its wings. This entry amuses me for the simple fact that if this was true, the world would be covered in constant storms. Lugia would probably have to fly every day, it is a flying type after all. So this just cannot be true, also take into account Lugias appearance in the movie which disproved this entry.

15. Celebi only going to 'peaceful' times. This is nonsense since every single time Celebi makes an appearance in the anime, its during some kind of chaos atau disaster.

16. Swampert being able to drag a ton boulder. Swampert has not demonstrated strength anywhere close to this, it is as simple as that really and oleh simply looking at the pokemon itself I just cannot imagine it doing this.

17. Carvanha being able to chew through a perahu hull. This of course depends on what the perahu hull is made of but it is usually made of a type of metal which Carvanha has not demonstrated being able to chew through. To be honest its biting capabilities are not much lebih impressive than that atau your average piranha.

18. Ho-oh having the 7 warna of the pelangi as feathers. oleh simple looking at Ho-oh anda can tell that this is untrue.

19. Carracosta has the power to open a hole in the bottom of a tanker with a slap. Basically it means Carracosta can slap holes in metal such as iron and steel. This is completely implausible, I don't even recall him demonstrating rock breaking so this is definitely untrue.

20. Dragonite being able to go across the world in 16 hours. This would put him at Mach 2, supposedly the same as Pidgeot. This is of course lebih nonsense, Dragonites are not even faster than Pidgeots so this is untrue. They have not demonstrated supersonic speed levels, they are definitely below the speed of sound without a doubt. Only certain legendaries may be in the supersonic speed range.

Thats all for now, sorry for listing so much but I wanted to get through some of the ones that I really do not believe hahaha. There are still lebih that I do not believe and could disprove but I'll leave that until selanjutnya time. I may even make a detik artikel of continuation. raikagebee @Zmidy313 I am not full of crap, the Pokedex is and so are you if you believe some of this ridiculous nonsense. You could always prove the pokedex entries listed above to be right and therefore prove me wrong but I severely doubt you will be able to because, as I have already explained, none of these things in the Pokedex are proven or backed up.

animegrl52p Um, I heard that lugia has to live underwatetr so it doesnt cause storms. That means the storm thing might be true.i also believe the thing about carvanha.

raikagebee Lugia was in a movie and an episode, there should of been a 40 day storm in that since Lugia flew quite a bit and yet there wasn't. Carvanha, I am just basing it of the fact that we haven't even seen it chew through rock or even wood if I remember correctly so metal seems impossible. I don't think any Pokemon have chew through metal yet. Such a high leveled IQ being and yet it acts and behaves no differently than other Pokemon, I find that strange among other reasons why I find its supposed IQ doubtful.

nbird13 I think it was season 1 episode 68 "The Evolution Solution" but I would have to re-watch it to be sure.

NearRyuzaki Dragonites speed stat is its lowest in the games, the main canon, and other pokemon have way higher, even non-pseudos have higher speed. That proves that he ain't mach 2 but if it was true, which it ain't, the faster pokemon would be going hypersonic+, and that alone sounds damn right stupid. Good article overall

ginei_werewolf Not bothering to read the comments I will start listing things. 1 The god pokemon could have easily used up alot of ity's overall energy making the vast universe. 2 Gothitelle entry has been proven in the anime 3 magicarp why not hello have you ever played stadium 2 he is a really high jumper 4 Pigeot umm would you like to fly at mach 2 , it is highly pointless to do so. 5 Hitmonchan yes he can he can use both mach punch and bullet punch. 6 macargo the pokemon world is differnt than ours the world is way tougher and frankly their sun could be hotter too. 7 Lugia note can , did the pokedex ever say lugia always flaps it's wings at such power. It could easily be flapping it's wings at a weak power. 8 Dragonite the faster pokemon could simply have way less stamina , dragonite is a almighty dragon afterall. 9 Gardevoir Most phychic type can learn the move gravity , gardevoir's is simply better. 10 Tyranitar It doesn't seem that hard look at it's attack stat lol. 11 Carvannah 1 Is more powerful than a normal piranah 2 Is a pokemon and all pokemon have superior powers to real creatures. Forgive some of my grammar but frankly I was annoyed lol. I would finish but most of them will be explained by others. Though Machamp's I can't back him up lol.

raikagebee 1 Yes I agree that could of been a possibility but when you are the creator of the universe, even if you are tired after doing it, stopping a meteor should not be out of his reach. 2 Which episode was this? I would like to see it. 3 The difference between those and a mountain are exponentially high, Magikarp would need way more than 100 tons of strength to do it. 4 I'm just basing it off us not seeing any none legendary even getting close to breaching sound speed. 5 But we have no proof of how fast those punches are, they could just be peak human or superhuman punches for all we know. 6 Macargo is still lava though and yet a trainer can regularly get within close proximity with it and even touch it. 7 The Pokedex said when Lugia flaps its wings, it never said a thing about Lugia putting certain amounts of power into it. 8 Same reason as Pidgeot. 9 A Black Hole is on a whole other level to anything any psychic type pokemon has done, not even legendaries have done something like that. 10 If Tyranitar could level mountains then he would be one of the strongest pokemon alive, much higher than most legendaries and there are few legendaries who can even destroy mountains. Tyranitar hasn't shown anything close to this. 11 Carvannah hasn't shown any superior strength or teeth strength than that of a fish his size, we haven't seen one destroy rock let alone metal. 12 Alakazam should know how to talk or even a method of communication with a person and yet, they do exactly what every other pokemon does. All the ones I listed are partly because they are incredibly ridiculous claims that aren't backed up.

It is not unlikely. 3 Speech has nothing to do with intellect it has to do with body structure 3 Naturally lugia was pissed when he met gumans lol. 4 Arceas considering humans were mouching off his power and crippled him , it would be dangerous. Plus don't forget suspense 5 Leveling a mountain is not hard for legendary , nor tyranitar That goth pokemon showed it's ability somewhere between 15-25 of black and white.

ginei_werewolf Macargo's shell is fire proof lol. Pideot even if they said he can fly that fast doesn't mean it is safe. Oh and alakazam can use telekinesis like several other legendaries.' raikagebee 1 Very few legendary pokemon have shown mach speed so it is extremely unlikely Hitmonchan can. 2 Alakazam has never shown any proof of higher intellect, he should be far smarter than any scientist on Earth. 3 Lugia has flapped his wings many times and nothing has happened, this is enough proof to conclude that the entry isn't true. 4 Arceus should of been able to just destroy Earth right of the bat but instead had a long fight with the legendary dragons, hes a very very big let down for a god. 5 It is a very rare feat in pokemon actually, I bet if you made a list of mountain destroyers in pokemon, you wouldn't get more than two. Only one that pops into my head is Lugia and even then he barely dented the mountain, Tyranitar hasn't even demonstrated destroying a building, let alone a whole mountain.

NearRyuzaki The mach punch move wasn't made until Gen 2, a gen after the bullet-speed punching was stated. Speech does have something to do with intellect, its needed to learn different languages as an example. Lugia hasn't shown his 40-day storm feat and by how the pokedex states it, it sounded like a casual thing for him. No legendary has shown a mountain busting feat, let alone tyranitar. Magcargo's whole body is lava, his face has been touched on occasion.

raikagebee Macargo should instantly incinerate the trainer and surroundings. If Pidgeot was in the mach numbers, hardly any pokemon would even be able to land a single hit. Legendaries haven't been claimed to have massive intellects like Alakazam though. My claims are no where near shit, It strikes me as odd that you believe such ridiculous claims as Tyranitar destroying a mountain etc. We need to see them do it to believe it because we haven't seen them do anything close whatsoever to what the pokedex says. Some of the claims are just down right stupid and the fact that you have to come up with reasons such as Macargos shell being fire proof even though that was never stated proves how stupid the entries are.

SheWolf11 I agree with Raikagebee with all of this! He's using real life knowledge with Pokémon and telling you how all this stuff is impossible. AND he IS NOT FULL OF CRAP! You guys just don't think enough like he does. Be glad he took the time to write all this AND argue with all you people!

pipiqueen i find your claims reasonable.................... but i believe lugia can control his wing flapping, only creating storms if he feel like destroying................... but overall a great article.........i appreciate ur dedication..........
