A periscope came out of the hole of the pinguin, penguin habitat. In the pinguin, penguin HQ, Kowalski put the finishing touches on his new mobile Chronotron.

When Private heard that, he locked every entrance in the HQ so that Blowhole wouldn't hear. He was lebih frightened than usual.
