What should I do? Nothing really to do with love, but still...

My mom had an affair while she was married. The best way to get my feelings out is oleh menulis them. My mom kept asking me how I'm doing and I could never tell her. I'm hurt and angry with her. I told my therapist the letter I wrote to my mom. My mom had a lot of sex outside of her marriage. My dad tried working things out but it never happened. Anyways, I called my mom a "slut" for what she did. My therapist DEFENDED my mom. Therapists are supposed to be neautral with things. I never picked a side with my parents and they know that.
Should I get a new therapist atau what? I really need an answer...

It's good that anda wrote the letter and told the therapist but I know that anda know calling your mom a slut wasn't the right thing to do. The therapist had a right to deffend your mother. No matter your feelings, anda should apologize to your mom and the therapist. Try to talk to your mother about how anda feel. Continue menulis about your feelings and yes, if it helps, continue seeing a therapist. Good luck!

Calling her that name helped me get my feelings out. And yes, no one has the right to call anyone a slut but how else was I supposed to get my feelings out without calling my mom a slut. She went around having sex with other guys. And that's what a slut is. I have apologized to my mom, I forgave her for what she did. The only way I can get my feelimgs

Then anda should try to find a lebih Christian therapist. It's good that you're talking to people and are keeping a journal.
