According to the Magazine US Weekly Justin and melati went on a romantic walk along the streets of Venice last September 9th, 2010.This was the same hari that the "kiss" foto was taken.
So it is possible that Justin and melati (or Jasber) are going out, atau having been going out for some time, atau just started going out. Who knows?
We will have to wait to catch them ciuman again, atau wait for them to say something about their relationship on Twitter.
