Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of fan of this spot, and lots of people contribute gambar and fan fictions and video and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time yang lalu has been rated a few times because I diposting it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave komentar but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of tampilan for gambar etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly fanpop users who are not rating what the view.)
