After the victory party, the construction of the new Oncology Ward was immediately started. Cuddy was hands on almost 24/7 and her visitation days for House were sometimes affected. He understood completely and never did she remember hearing him complain about that but what took him off the edge was the idea of Wilson being around her lebih often than his.
Cuddy: Lisa…
She answered her phone one morning while she was in the elevator on the way down to her office. The moment she heard the voice of the person from the other line, she drew a smile on her lips that made the people she walked through look at her.
Cuddy: House, this is the fifth time anda call me… And take note, that’s just for today…
House: I know, I can do the math too.
Cuddy smiled as she pushed her office door before closing it behind her.
House: You’re still at work?
Cuddy: Uh huh… anda shouldn’t be calling me, anda should be ---
House: Right, nice argument, unfortunately, I’m done with my two classes today…
Cuddy: House, what are anda up to?
House: Right now, definitely rubbing little Greg for you…
Cuddy rolled her eyes and leaned on her chair while separating folders on puncak, atas of her desk.
Cuddy: One…
House: Fine. I just wanted to come in early than my docs, how bad is that?
Her office door suddenly swung open and she saw Foreman and Wilson walking towards her and stayed just across her desk.
Cuddy: I got to go…
House: Something’s going on? What’s wrong?
Cuddy: Bye…
She didn’t bother hearing House’s selanjutnya words and the phone was placed on the meja at once before she stood up as the two gents exchanged glances as if letting the other one say something first. Foreman gave a sighed as he looked back at his boss.
Foreman: I know where House is…
Cuddy’s eyes narrowed and made a stern look at Wilson.
Cuddy: anda told him?
Wilson: No! Why would I do that? ---- He… figured it out…
Cuddy gave a heavy sighed and began rubbing her forehead before taking her seat.
Foreman: I went to his apartment the other hari and it was his landlady who told where he is… Mayfield? That’s a psychiatric hospital…
Wilson called out his name the moment tears were a few menit away from falling from Cuddy’s eyes.
Cuddy: The news shouldn’t be out ----
Foreman: So anda hide it from us? Made us believe how ill his mother is?
Wilson: Foreman, it’s for the good of all…
Foreman: We are his team and we have the right to know at least some pinch news about him! --- This will be over, I’m telling the rest of the team about this…
He turned back and began walking out but just when he’s about to open the door, Wilson called out his name again that made him turned back for only a few menit but that didn’t stopped him from completely walking out of the clinic. Cuddy, whose tears were one oleh one flowing down, was left with Wilson. He walked and stood selanjutnya to her so he could rubbed her back for comfort that made Cuddy looked up to him.
Cuddy: Thank you…
Wilson smiled and nodded but Cuddy got up and started picking up her belongings.
Wilson: Where are anda going?
Cuddy: I need time alone…
The car key was the last she took before heading out, leaving Wilson alone in her office again.
But Cuddy didn’t head halaman awal atau went to church for some inspiration + comfort seeking. She went to Mayfield where she met Pitt on her way to House’s room while carrying some bags of groceries.
Pitt: What’s with the eyes?
Cuddy: Oh, thought anda won’t notice…
Pitt: anda cried over his medical result?!

Pitt: Lisa…
They stopped and Pitt pulled Cuddy to face him.
Pitt: What’s going on?
Cuddy: Foreman knew about House’s condition…
Pitt stood there in shock for a moment. Cuddy decided to continue walking so he ended up catching on.
Pitt: And your this afraid because?
Cuddy faced him and his eyes were filled with sympathy when he saw sadness and anger in her once lovely eyes.
Cuddy: Because the board is damn near on knowing what House is really up to!
Pitt sighed as uncertain emotion began running through his veins that made him held Cuddy who was about to cry again. Just like what Wilson did, he rubbed her back as well.
Pitt: Everything will be fine okay?
Cuddy: I know… I’m just…
Pitt: Afraid… I know but again, things will be fine… Trust me it will…
Cuddy pulled out from the hug slowly and smiled the moment her watery blue eyes met Pitt’s hazel ones.
Pitt: Now wipe those tears… anda don’t want House to see them, not even in a dream…
Cuddy chuckled as Pitt offered his own hanky to her.
She slid close the door of House’s room a few menit after. She entered and noticed how quiet the room was. He wasn’t there and things were properly arranged unlike those days when she would find socks on a trolley table. Impressive, she thought as she began unpacking the items from the paper bag.
House: I have missed you…
Cuddy dropped the canned food in surprise the moment she heard his voice but not on the phone this time. She turned back and was in shock the moment she saw him standing on the bathroom doorway. He was wearing this well ironed kemeja that shaped his broad manly shoulder with matching pants. As he began walking towards her, she could feel her cheeks blushing with the sight of his well shaved beard, just the same way back in Season 2. She just stood there and followed him with her eyes when he came down and picked up the can from the floor. He was smiling the same jantung melting smile when he offered the canned food back to her but it changed when he noticed something’s wrong just oleh looking through her eyes.
Cuddy: Thank you…
She immediately turned back after she got the can from his hand.
House: I knew it, something’s not right…
Cuddy: Please, don’t bring up your diagnostic skills to me…
House: I’m not. It’s your eyes that are voluntary telling me that something’s up…
Cuddy rolled her eyes as House took the edge of the tempat tidur for a kursi and she turned to look at him.
Cuddy: You… anda shaved?
House made a playful eyebrow raise and gestured his arms like ready for a hug but he put it down anyway.

Cuddy: Great… The first part’s almost done…
House: The construction’s eating your time… anda sure anda still have time for kids?
Cuddy stopped and looked at him.
Cuddy: Kids…Zzzzz? (emphasizing the “s” at the end)
House: <stammered> Yah… I mean… anda wanted having kids right? How could anda do that if you’re preoccupied with things like this?
Cuddy: <turned back and unpacked again> I already have Rachel…
House: anda do realize that it’s different when it’s from anda right?
Cuddy: I never thought Rachel’s not my biological daughter, House…
House stammered behind her and she could tell he was finding words to beat her up though he knows she’s right.
House: anda know… I mean… Rachel’s… Well… Cuddy, it’s different when… anda know…. <stammering continues>
Cuddy never thought of Rachel being adopted. The baby was solely “came” from her. A thought, a very intriguing thought, struck her mind that made her placed the spread bottle on the meja and as she turned to look at him again, there was something in his eyes she could never certainly tell.

I'll tell anda a little bit about myself first. No offense to hamerons, but i have always been a outright HUDDY fan.So I am obviously bouncing off the walls. When this seaseon starts, I feel like everyone has kind of abandoned House. I mean I get the whole pain in the a$$ thing but still. Wilson is the one that fixes everthing and for him to basically laugh at him when he apologizes is cruel. THe bright light at the end of the tunnel is Cuddy is going to do whatever it takes to make House happy above anyone else.
