House tried to walk out but Cuddy pulled him back. As they looked into each other’s eyes, silence owned them but it was disturbed again when a knock sounded up. The door slowly opened and they both looked at Pitt who peeped in.
Pitt: Uhm, got to go…
House nodded and Pitt went out leaving the two alone again. He didn’t bother to say any word as Cuddy loosely let her hand fall before he went out, following his doctor.

Cuddy found herself leaning on the porch rail of Blythe’s vacation house that same night. It was nearly dawn as she watched Wilson used the empty village road away. The front door opened and there was House, about to leave again. He walked straight to stay beside her.
