i just rented it on itunes and just before it started downloading it berkata "are anda sure anda want to rent this? it is rated [MA 15+] please konfirmasi anda are over 15" im pretty sure its just m not ma

According to the IMDb, Amazon, and Warner Bros. sites, and my DVD case, it's PG13.

But that is not always the case.
Harry Potter is an exception, for there is no nudity, swearing, drugs etc in the OoTP. Even so, anda should have a parent check if anda can watch atau not. Hope that helped! :)
