What happened between the battle at Hogwarts and the Epilouge?

It does not have to be canon. We knnow that Hermione went back to school and fished her 7th tahun but I wonder who got merried first Harry and Giny atau Hermione n Ron? Where did they live when they started working?

I always pictured them starting work a few months (no longer than six) after the war ended. Harry and Ginny rebuilt Godric's Hollow (they may actually be canon) and Ron lived in the place like Shell Cottage.
