Remember my last?

Sorry if I'm being seriously retarded, but what did Dumbledore mean when he sent warna ungu tua, petunia that Howler in OOTP saying "Remember my last"? What was written in the last letter atau Howler he sent her? I know that she wrote to him at some point when she was little, but I don't really understand it.

That's why he berkata what he did OotP and HBP.
