anda can't. anda can ask on the spot and see if someone knows. sometimes the first images/links added to the spot will give anda a clue so anda could try messaging that person (if they are still active..the acak spot has been around for quite a while now)
if anda want to change the banner/icon..well anda know where to find the answer to that oleh now, dont you? =P
