How do I add a new forum topic?

There's no such option. I can add anything else but forum topics. Is there something I can do to make it work? Do I need to get lebih fans, atau lebih props, lebih gold, atau something, atau is it just off for a newbie like me?

It's very simple actually.
Step 1: Click on the forum section
Step 2: In the puncak, atas right corner, you'll see an 'Add forum topic button'. Click it.
Step 3: Now anda have to type in a judul and information/description etc. about the forum.
Step 4: Click post.

Well, I can give it a try, but the button right selanjutnya to Add forum topic is missing from my browser.
