On fanpop halaman awal page there is a bar that is green and in the upper right (on my browser). It says "Start a new club". If this was not what anda were asking, sorry.
fanpop doesn't allow new members to create klub instantly. anda have to wait a few months after creating your account before anda can start a new club. It's supposed to make the creation of duplicate atau spam klub less likely.
