How do I make a club?

when I go on and click the fanpop logo I scroll down to where it usually shows the link to create a club but now it doesn't. It has been doing that for a long time. Please help.

That has been happening to me 2. I clicked on the link egypt princess7 sent but I did wat the directions told me but i dont find the creat club button, i really want to create a club

Apparently if you're new anda have to wait a few weeks for it to tampil but it IS there.
