Missing the point of what I just said. If it's not copyrighted, then it is aloud. So why bother even asking this question? It's clesr no celebrity foto are aloud to be posted, because fanpop doesn't want to be sued. So don't like their rules, then go to another site. Don't want to leave, then stop worrying about the gambar and just post polls.

You're just ridiculous at this point. Since you're evidently devoid of any capabilities to read, then I'll just post the pertanyaan in the OP here in the komentar section to make your address it head-on: "what are the allowable gambar for a celebrity spot aside from screencaps, icons, and fan arts then? | "Like at the Gaga spot - are we ONLY allowed to upload single covers, album covers, and screencaps at the foto section?" | "And about fan arts + icon - if the image used in a certain icon atau fan art was from a photoshoot atau an awards tampil - is it deemed inappropriate since fanpop doesn't allow users to upload photoshoots and awards tampil photos?". I want CLEAR and CONCISE jawaban and give me the SPECIFICS. And since anda bother commenting on this question, why not address the responses in the komentar section of the jawaban below as well? anda run your mouth a lot but you're incapable of defending your statements with a sensible comeback. If you're just gonna give me these pointless "lectures" about how I should deal with the fanpop rules which I'm already well aware of, refrain from posting any longer because you're not doing anything prolific at all.
